I'm still moving forward in the art world. My shoes sales have ebbed a bit since Christmas, but to be fair I haven't marketed them as much as I could have. I just got a portrait commission that I need to complete before the end of the month. We're still in the middle of home repairs, so a lot of my stuff currently resides in boxes. Frustrating, but well worth it in the big picture. Christmas was great, lots of family time and relaxation. The best thing I've done for my sanity lately is painting. Just painting. For me. Music playing, the mood in my studio elevating. Nothing I need to do for someone else, just what flows from inside (which to be honest is kinda freaky sometimes). The downside? I have a couple dozen painting pictures to crop so I can post them. Poor, poor, pitiful me.
